Ageism Issue

By listing all of your past experience on your resume, you emphasize your age to potential employers. The latest wisdom recommends showing only the last 10 to 12 years of work, or 12 to 15 years if the work is highly relevant. Work prior to that can be summarized or deleted from the resume.
