ATS Tip - CAREER CHANGERS - Be certain that your resume has information relevant to the direction that you are taking, including accomplishments and key words that are applicable to the job your are applying.  I know this makes the challenge of a new career path harder for career changers.  However, career changers need to concentrate on networking as opposed to blindly submitting resumes to job boards and company websites  - where the response rate is 3% - 5%.
