One Sign of Ageism

Older workers need to evaluate subtle changes in their work enviroments. Did your reviews suddenly become negative? Were there more negative comments in your performance reviews? Did your supervisor change his or her attitude toward you and your ability?  All of this subtle hints are a characteristic of age discrimination.
