Write a Thank You Note after the Interview – No Matter What

OK - you just went on an interview and you decided that the job is not a good fit.  But that does not mean that you should not acknowledge the time spent.  Always write a thank you letter to the interviewer - you never know when paths cross again and it is better to keep the contact than to alienate.
