Job Accomplishments - The role
that you fill is an important part of the success of an organization. As
an employee or a contractor, you need to take the perspective that the
work you do is vital to the success of the project, client relationship,
etc. Therefore, be proud of your work and do not treat yourself as a
non-factor.
In
order to better help you understand your contributions, I suggest that
you start a professional diary. Go to Walgreens, buy a composition
notebook, the type you used in high school, and at the end of each
business week, write down your successes of the week. You will be
pleasantly surprised about how important you really are.
