Recruiters are not on the planet to do your job

Recruiters are not career counselors or resume writers.  Do not expect the

recruiter to recommend a career path, manage your job search or rewrite

your resume.  It is your responsibility to let the recruiter know in a short

note the type of job seek (management; individual contributor) and the

type of organization (start-up; established) that you prefer.  They are not

clairvoyant and do not own a crystal ball.
