The Paradox of Choice

The best class I ever took in school was the “Dynamics of Group Discussion”.  I learned that the more people that became involved in the process, the more screwed up it becomes. 

When you are looking for a new job, stop asking so many people for advice.  Ask 1 - 2 close confidants who know your history.  This will minimize head-spinning, stress and inefficiency.
