Career Advancement - Avoid Job Stagnation

Be mindful that it is not advisable to continue to perform the same job functions for extended periods of time.  Embrace new challenges; assume additional job responsibilities. If you are in the same role for a long time with one (1) firm, this is adversely viewed upon by hiring managers.  However, if you have had numerous different roles, all with expanding scope and more jurisdiction, then hiring managers are intrigue and view you as more desirable.
