READ THE JOB DESCRIPTION -
Before you tailor the resume, read the job description to ensure that
your key terms, qualifications and successes are consistent with the
requirements. One fatal mistake that job seekers make is to keep their
resume at "15+ years" when the posting specifically says "10+ years".
It is ethical and truthful to change your resume to read "10+ years" or
"progressive, successful career growth". Do not eliminate yourself
because of age!
