Be an Influencer

Last week I published content about the potential effect of the virus as related to the workplace and job hunting (see my post from Friday March 6).

Now that we are experiencing these issues, remember to find ways to positively influence work performance (in the office or from home), even if you are not a manager of people, accounts or processes.

Set the standard for professional diligence during this trying time while remaining compassionate to others who experience could well differ from yours.
