If you have been reading my posts this week, you know how I strongly I feel about the hidden job market and networking. One underutilized resource for finding new jobs in joining trade organizations. Trade / Industry Associations are a great resource for jobs, professional development and, of course NETWORKING.

You can use google to help find national, region and local associations. Trade journals (print and online) are a great resource. Don't discount LinkedIn groups - lots of good resources are at your fingertips.
