RESUMES – PAST OR PRESENT TENSE - GUIDELINES

Present Tense – Responsibilities that you STILL PERFORM should be listed in the PRESENT tense.
Past Tense – When listing PAST employment, every responsibility / achievement should be in the past tense.
Past & Present Tenses – Only in the current role when accomplishments HAVE ALREADY BEEN ACHIEVED.
