It is a brand new year and despite COVID-19, all indications are that the job market, with new calendar year budgets in place, will be spirited, as usual in the first 90 days of the year. This is historically the best time of year to look for new opportunities. Be prepared for new opportunities that will come your way if you network and may yourself available for change.
