Advice - Take down the #OPENTOWORK banner on your LinkedIn profile. You lose all your leverage in salary negotiations. The in-house recruiters will manipulate you and lowball you during salary negotiations.
Instead of having that bar visible and hope someone finds you, reverse the cycle, take the bar down and LEVERAGE YOUR NETWORK. Networking is the best way to find new opportunities.
