160+ requisitions for "technical recruiter" roles in the SF Bay Area as of this morning.
55 similar roles in Austin, TX
150+ in Greater NYC
25+ in Boise, ID, a much smaller market.
This does not include the 60+ in Seattle. These are all on LinkedIn and does not include other sources. Earlier this week, I posted the META hired 100+ recruiting professionals in recent weeks.
I think we all can safely say that Q1 2025 will be robust. Why?
1. Better economic atmosphere
2. Now that many companies have made returning to the office the policy as opposed to remote work, they must fill positions that they recently purged due to productivity issues.
