Job seekers - Please do your due diligence!
We have come to realize that not all recruiters are created equal. In-house, contract, technical, contingency, retained, staff firms...However, there are a ton of "wannabes" so are unethical, untrustworty and prey on the vulnerable.
I will be posting about how to ID the "bad apples" throughout the next several business days.
1. If your are contacted by a recruiter, before you respond, do a search on LinkedIn and then a Google search. If you end up with zero or minimal information, do not waste your time - delete the email (or InMail). It is likely a scammer.
