Just the fundamentals...
There are an inordinate amount of information on this site and other Internet portals, offering numerous strategies for finding new career opportunities. You will read crazy, off the wall stuff from publishers (many are scammers), making bold claims that they can provide a shortcut to landing your next role.
Please do not take the bait. There are no guarantees in life other than death and taxes. Nobody can promise you a job with a set time frame - do not fall for that phony-baloney. Therefore, when you take a step back, be fundamental, avoid the hooks and gadgets.
You need to have a great resume that is not AI generated, one that is ATS compliant and includes numerous success stories from the past 5-7 years. Be wary of ageism - only need to go back 10-12 years (15 if you are seeks senior level / C-Suite role).
When your resume is ready, start networking and avoid the silly job boards where you are lucky to get a 2% response.
