NETWORKING (Better for Introverts)
While group conversations / events can be
a struggle for introverts, a 1:1 conversation provides the opportunity to
showcase listening skills, and make a solid connection. Suggest coffee dates and “brown bag lunches”;
ask friends
and colleagues to help arrange meetings
with people outside of your immediate network.
