Interview Questions YOU Should Ask

You can draft a series of questions before you enter the meeting and add to the questions depending on the issues discussed during the interview.  Here are a few examples (do not be afraid to go beyond and think outside the box):
·         Which part of the job is likely to have the steepest learning curve?
·         What is your preferred method of communication with your staff?  Clients? Senior Managers?
·         What are the most important KPIs that I need to address?
·         Tell me about your career and how you were able to build your record of successes (people do love to talk about themselves – give him / her that opportunity).
