Like
it or not, most of us have a “number” that we must meet in order to
stay within performance guidelines. Metrics are a primary method that
managers use to evaluate employees.
Therefore,
if you know what your personal KPIs are and that you have consistently
surpassed your organization’s expectations, you should include this data
on your resume.
Showcases your successes is what hiring managers need to see in order
to justify passing you through the initial screening process to the
interview phase.
