Salary Negotiation Tip - Let's create an example.

Offer = $10

Your desired goal = $15 but willing to accept $12.

Tell the hiring manager that the offer is a bit low, counter with the $12 offer and tell the hiring manager why you are worth $12. Showcase 1 - 2 examples.

Also remember, the whole compensation package is up for negotiation (vacation, PTO, even some flex benefits). Always keep this in mind as part of your strategy.
