It is important to understand that average job posting gets 250+ applications. The fact that you did not get an interview is not necessarily a reflection on you. It can strictly be due to the fact that is is truly a numbers game.

However, make the time to learn how to increase your changes (i.e. networking, created an ATS- complaint resume, identify opportunities that are not necessarily published (hidden job market) and not only will you increase your opportunities, but you will feel better about yourself as well.
