Salesforce Administrators work with stakeholders to define system requirements and customize the customer relationship management (CRM) platform in accordance with company goals. To put it simply, they enable users to get the most out of Salesforce technology. Company’s that do not use Salesforce may employ person (s) to implement their choose CRM platform, proprietary or otherwise.
A Salesforce Admin best understands how to make the platform work
for their company’s goals and builds / customizes dashboards that track sales /
marketing efforts in support of the sales cycle, all with the goal of optimizing
both the company and customer experience.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Most hiring managers are seeking a bachelor’s
degree and / or a certification that is awarded after the completion of
required coursework and the certification examination.
