One More Way Hiring Managers Detect AI generated resumes.
Please note that AI -generated resumes are negatively viewed upon my hiring managers. I speak with hiring managers as well as applicants daily and not one has told me that they want to see / write an AI resume.
Why is that, you may ask? The next series of posts will focus on this topic.
1. Content not Relevant to the Career Opportunity: The AI - generated resume is based on your input. However, that does not mean it targets the job opportunity, esp. if the candidate is doing a career change. The skills will be inconsistent with the qualifications and if the job seekers is not including achievements, the AI-generated resume will not only read well, it will not get through the ATS. As for the hiring manager, they will view the document as disjointed and disqualify the candidate.
