One Way Hiring Managers Detect AI generated resumes.
Please note that AI -generated resumes are negatively viewed upon my hiring managers. I speak with hiring managers as well as applicants daily and not one has told me that they want to see / write an AI resume.
Why is that, you may ask? The next series of posts will focus on this topic.
1. Use of generic language: Most applicants do not tailor their new AI resume. Basically, the document is "plug and play". Not a good idea. The resume reads like a robot wrote it (that is true, it was). The hiring manager wants to be certain the candidate read the job posting. The use of generic language largely indicates that the candidate took the lazy route.
