Artificial Intelligence (AI) Generated Resumes Should Encourage Everyone to Network!
Survey says: 98% of all resumes are not viewed by a hiring manager. These resumes are reject by ATS. If the applicant is not tailoring the resume that was computer generated to the specific job, it is getting "86ed" with a set of eyeballs viewing the computer generated document.

The "front door" is Indeed, Glassdoor and LinkedIn's "Easy Apply" feature. It is a black hole - you never hear back...the reliance on AI and other tech tools is ineffective.
The "back door" is speaking to people (colleagues, vendors, friends, classmates, etc.) - this is your network.
