You must have a plan, be disciplined but willing to make adjustment accordingly to win (receive an offer) to win in the job search game. Just saying your want a job is not enough. Create a strategy that also includes behavioral elements (work ethic, attitude, responsibility, dedication to improvement) will position you for success.
