Job Boards

Anybody who has hired me knows my feelings on job boards (worthy for only 3 - 5% of your time).  However, if you insist of spending time on job boards, go to the specialty job boards that are specific to a particular industry (i.e. Dice.com - IT professionals).  Generic job boards (i.e CareerBuilder / Monster) are an inefficient use of your energy and time.
