Hyperlinks in Resumes

As the world change, more hiring managers are reading resumes on phones and tablets.  While I think these methods are ill-advised (it is ridiculous to read a resume on a phone - a tablet I can understand but a phone?), I have to adapt to the new standards. 

Therefore, moving forward, all resumes I write will have email and web addresses as “hyperlinks”, enabling easier access for communication between hiring manager and client.
