Avoid Age Discrimination

There are many ways to avoid age discrimination on your resume, such as hiding dates of graduation, and shaving off older content.  Another way is to showcase your technical acumen and certifications by listing new technologies learned and utilized, deleting old tech skills and certifications / classes attended.
