Deleting Content from your Current Resume

For job relevance and age discrimination reasons, if your latest employment spanned several years, some older work experiences dating back more than 10-15 years ago may not have much value on your resume anymore.  Therefore, take it off.  The negatives can far outweigh the positives for the reasons stated as well as that the resume may exceed 2 pages.
