More Ageism

Ageism - The U.S. workforce has never been more age diverse. For the first time in its history, five generations can be found in workplaces across the country. The result is a mash-up of cultural touchpoints and worldviews, which can cause tension. Despite this, only 8% of companies include age as part of their diversity strategy, according to Harvard Business Review. That’s a missed opportunity: when managed well, multigenerational teams benefit from diverse and complementary knowledge, skills and perspectives that improve performance across the board.
