Compensation Packages:
May sound elementary but when negotiating your compensation, always factor in, over and above pay rate, healthcare, vacation, PTO and WFH as well as soft benefits such as meals, reimbursement for career development, social organizations, healthclub memberships and more.
One former employer even paid for my sneakers to use for exercise. Can't make this up. LOL.
