 1. When sending by email, send in a .PDF (holds formatting in Windows and Mac environments

2. When submitting to a web interface, always submit the .docx or even .rtf unless the instructions indicate that the interface can read the .PDF.

The issue here is that many ATS systems cannot read .PDF file.
