Picture on Your Resume? - NO!!!!

Pictures can cause discrimination in the hiring process. Companies will disqualify those that had pictures because it is not a BFOQ (bonafide occupational qualification) for employment. Also, not considering applicants with a picture on the resume keeps the company from being liable for breaking strict anti-discrimination laws.

Even if the company doesn't have a policy of auto-rejecting resumes with photos, it's not worth the risk.

The only time your picture should be on the resume is if you are going for a job where physical looks are part of the requirement (modeling).
