AI in Recruiting

 Another negative to artificial intelligence (AI) in recruiting:


Lack of Transparency: AI algorithms often operate as black boxes, making it challenging for recruiters and candidates to understand the decision-making process. When an AI-powered system rejects candidates, they are left in the dark about the reasons behind the decision, depriving them of valuable feedback for improvement.
