For those who are curious about indicators concerning where the job market is going in 2025, there are presently (as of January 14):

Senior Recruiters Roles Posted in the last 30 days (on LinkedIn) - 

187 requisitions for "senior recruiter" roles in the Greater NYC as of this morning. In addition, there are 66 similar roles in Boston, MA, 62 in Greater Philadelphia, 83 in Washington DC / Baltimore and 79 in Northern VA. In December, META hired 100+ recruiting professionals.

I think we all can safely say that Q1 2025 will be robust. Why?  

1. Better economic atmosphere

2. Now that many companies have made returning to the office the policy as opposed to remote work, they must fill positions that they recently purged due to productivity issues.
