ATS Tip - Match the Job Description
If the job description states that position requires a PMP certification, then make sure the exact phrase "PMP" is used in the resume and not just "Project Management Professional". If the description says "Masters of Business Administration", then use this language and not just "MBA". In short, make it match. ATS scanners read "black and white" and are incapable of "guessing".
