Do employers care if you use ChatGPT or another AI program to produce a resume?
Damn right they do. They can tell whether or not a resume was "written" or "produced". If you use AI and do not customized the resume / target it to your position of interest / past experience. it is easily identifiable.
If recruiters can see that it is a "template" resume, you will be disqualified from consideration.
