NETWORKING is more important than ever and not because the best jobs are not always published. The ATS blackhole is bigger than a crater and the use of AI (computer generated resumes) is negatively view upon. More people will be actively engaged in job searches in the next 120 days than we have seen in a long time. Do not rely on technology to achieve your goal.

 

Simply stated - You must NETWORK to find the best opportunities or risk the change to get left on the outside looking in.
