Published by Deloitte, industry growth that continued in 2025, despite all the changes in the USA economy and global landscape, will continue in the forthcoming year.  Regarding the job market, the continued digital transformation, driven by AI, will continue to help scale the industry.  That does not mean a falloff in jobs, rather a ramp-up in operations and engineering personnel with updated technology skills.  However, workers with skills in older technologies / functions will have to embrace new skills development in order to remain current.
