Recruiters

 Recruiters

Be mindful that recruiters work for someone else, not for you. My friends who are recruiters will tell you the same thing. With this understanding, you should only allocate only 3-5% of your time to this resource.

Most of your time should be channeled towards networking in order to find the best jobs. Remember, the best opportunities come from the people you know and are usually not published. I recognize that networking is hard and time-consuming but it is far more efficient and effective than job boards and recruiters.

NETWORK! NETWORK! NETWORK!
