Career Change for the Right Reasons

Recently I had a client who was adamant in changing careers despite the fact that his career as a payroll administrator was very successful.  After speaking with him, we identified the main problem as an issue with a temperamental, micro-manager of a boss. Point is - be objective and identify WHY you are looking for a change.  Examine why you like/dislike your current job and make a rationale decision based on facts about the job, not the company or your boss.
