If you are allocating a larger percentage of your time doing online searches for work, well you need to change your plan of action.  The best and most widely accepted method of finding a new career opportunity is "networking".  No, not Facebook.  Plan to attend networking events.  Sitting at your desk grazing Craigslist is not the answer.
