References & Reference Sheets

A couple of things:

1) With the new year approaching, time to get things in order for your job search, including lining up references.
2) Once you have secured references (at least three (3) but no more than five (5), add those names to a Reference Sheet (not on your resume).  Only offer the sheet when you know you want the job.  Treat your references as an asset.
