Accomplishments always make a positive impression on hiring personnel—this is true for both for junior and senior executives. Workers with less experience should describe in details the accomplishments and awards they have earned. Memberships and affiliations are also important to include; such experience could highlight one’s ability to network, a trait desired by hiring managers, esp. in sales, marketing and business development as well as project management.
