Be Patient

Time for a reality check - We are still in a recession and it is still a "buyers''" market.  Cycles for hiring new employees are longer because employers:

1.  Do not want to pay candidates market rate
2.  The use of software scanning tools actually increases the time need to find qualified candidates
3.  There are so many candidates that it takes longer to go through the process

Key reminder - make sure you have content in your resume and email subject line is compelling and separates you from the "pack".
