Looking for Work...

Please keep in mind, with the end of the summer approaching, the 2nd best time of year to look for work in late August / early September (the best time in after the first week in January - mid-February).

Why you ask?  Well, hiring slows down during the summer because many people go on vacation, leading to prolonged interview schedules and lack of continuity for training / orientation.  Also, jobs that were budgeted for the calendar year need to be filled before the end of the year or there is a strong chance that the department bosses will not allow the position to be included in the budget for the next calendar year since he was not filled during one budgeted period.
