Advice for Older Professionals

I strongly recommend to older job seekers that they only go back 10 - 15 years on their resumes. There are very few circumstances where the responsibilities that you held back in the 90's are applicable to your direction today. The negatives of age discrimination far outweigh the job functions that lead to the "Employee of the Month" award received in 1996. Concentrate on recent success and responsibilities.
