Accomplishments
Take a moment and write down five (5) accomplishments that you have
achieved during your career (include your Masters Degree is
applicable). Check your resume and determine if each accomplishment is
clearly stated on the first page, preferably in the content above the
scroll line. If this content is not easily visible, your "marketing",
as part of your search strategy needs to be revamped. Employers want to
hire winners. Showcase why you are a winner during the entire process
(i.e. resume, phone interview, 1:1 interview, thank you letter).
